The Small Print

 

Order Processing and Payment.

 

A minimum of 7 working days is required for orders. If you are in need of them quicker please contact us to see if your needs can be met.

 

If the order is over £30/requires 3d modelling or is a new order, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £10 to secure your order. This will be confirmed in your order message. A non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days otherwise the order will not be put in the book which may result in the date being booked or closed. We are not responsible for dates being lost if deposits are not paid by the date provided.

This amount will be subtracted off your final payment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Payments will then be paid in full on collection of the order. Failure to do so will mean the order will not be released until full payment is complete.

You are more then welcome to pay off your order BEFORE your collection date but please note any monies paid will be lost if the order is cancelled by you.

 

 Cancellation/Amendments

 

We will only accept order amendments at least 1 week prior to the collection date. After this time has passed all details given will be final. More detailed work will only be allowed to be altered 2 weeks prior.

Cancellations can only be accepted 2 weeks prior to the collection date but any monies paid up that date will not be refunded.

 

Non Collection Rules

 

Unfortunately we have a one strike rule for non collections. If your order goes uncollected you will be unable to order ANY products from us (including £1 cupcakes) without a deposit. This rule stands with any uncollected item unless we are informed beforehand.  

 

Responsibility

 

Once a cake has left our premises it is the customers responsibility. You will be told the best ways to store the cake, to transport the cake and to carry the cake. You will be told of the weight also. Therefore it is not Every Little Cupcakes responsibility for any cakes that are dropped or damaged in transit or any damage caused before consumption.

If your cake contains NON EDIBLE ITEMS you will be informed of this verbally and also be provided with a Non Edible Item Note detailing items that need removing before consumption. It is therefore the customers responsibility to remove these items before consumption.

If for any reason you are not happy with your product we request to be informed within 24 hours. We may also ask for the product to be returned if we wish to investigate your comments. This is standard practice regarding refunds.

 

Cake Care

 

We will tell you the best way to store/transport cakes on collection but please remember these key facts:

• Cakes do not need to be stored in the fridge- doing so will damage the cake/decorations

• Cakes should be kept away from direct heat/sunlight. Keep cakes in cool rooms away from animals.

• Cakes should be kept on a flat surface while being transported and extra care should be taken when transporting cake.

• Always carry the weight of cake from the bottom please dont carry using the sides of boxes.

• Cakes can be frozen if you wish as everything is made fresh and not frozen by us.

 

Every Little Cupcake Products

 

Any products made in the premises of Every Little Cupcake are all hand made to specific orders. Because everything is hand made there will be minor variations in appearance to what may have been seen previously.

Product ingredients include eggs, flour, sugar and butter which may contain traces of nuts or been in contact with nuts.

Some designs will contain non-edible items, that under no circumstances can be eaten. If your order contains anything non-edible you will be notified/provided with information on this prior to booking and on collection.

Collection of Order-pick up Only. Non-Refundable deposits can be paid via PayPal Personal Payment or cash.
